Direct Billing Policy

Treatments may be covered by extended health care plans. Before your appointment, please confirm the details of your coverage as I cannot.

Payment in full is due the day of treatment. Clients may be asked to request reimbursement from their insurance if it cannot be billed direct.

Cancellation Policy

Please let me or the front desk know if you cannot make an appointment at least 24 hrs ahead.

The fee for a missed appointment or failure to give notice is $30 which must be paid before or at the next treatment.
